A world @ peace starts with people who are @ peace! Here's a tip: A little conscious breathing can make you feel peaceful when you're feeling stressed. Just close your eyes (unless your driving!)... and pay attention as you inhale deeply, counting slowly to three. Then slowly exhale, counting to three. Repeat for as long as you like until you feel @ peace and relaxed.
